Hollywood couple Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson were down in Australia where Hanks was reportedly shooting for untitled Elvis Presley biopic. The couple revealed that they tested positive for corona virus via their Instagram handle. After the diagnosis reveal they continued to keep fans updated on their condition.
After staying in the hospital for 5 days after their diagnosis they revealed that they have shifted to a rented place in Australia where they would complete their rest of the quarantine period. Earlier this week Hanks took to his Facebook page to share that they both feel better after weeks of diagnosis.
“Hey, folks. Two weeks after our first symptoms and we (Rita Wilson) feel better. Sheltering in place works like this: You don’t give it to anyone – You don’t get it from anyone. Common sense, no? Going to take awhile, but if we take care of each other, help where we can, and give up some comforts…this, too, shall pass. We can figure this out. Hanx.”
The good news is that the duo was getting better and now they have returned to Los Angeles. Entertainment Tonight shared the update with a photo of the duo who were photographed together in a SUV in Los Angeles.
